Many warn not to mix business with pleasure but when external cladding works in your latest hotel project, why not, install it in your architectural designed home?
This is what a Queensland businessman did at his expansive home in the Brisbane suburb of Hamilton after Elements Vulcan + Hectar Cladding proved itself amongst the elements of a harsh coastal environment.
The hotel and home owner not only loved the stylish look but the low maintenance of the thermally modified timber. Knowing that it was stable and durable, its silvery grey colouring also made it an ideal choice. The finish of the external feature walls complemented the home’s colour palette originating from its largely, concrete and glass exterior
The sustainable, FSC accredited building solution allowed this project, like many others, to stand out naturally while guaranteeing to withstand the toughest of conditions.
